Postnatal
Re-centre was created to help women with postnatal rehabilitation
of their pelvic floor. I have been a Pilates teacher for more than
15 years and after giving birth to my first child I realised that
I was not getting the postpartum recovery results I thought I
would get through Pilates - progress was slow and at times frustrating.
I heard about Hypopressives and the Low Pressure Fitness method and how
it can be a highly effective method for pelvic floor rehabilitation.
I decided to explore further and decided to do all three levels of the teacher
qualification in June of 2018. All the talk about Hypopressives was true and for
the last 5 years I have been helping hundreds of women with their postnatal path
to recovery. Since 2018, I have also carried out my Yoga Teachers Training and now
incorporate a blend of Yoga, Pilates and Hypopressives into my teaching practice to
provide my clients with a rounded and complementary approach to postnatal recovery.
