Hi, I'm Simone

I’m the founder of re-centre and the London’s first Level 3 certified Hypopressives instructor. With over 18 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, and pelvic floor rehabilitation, I’ve helped thousands of women reclaim their core strength and confidence.

After experiencing my own postpartum journey, I discovered Hypopressives and was amazed by the results. I became certified so I could share this transformative technique with women everywhere. My mission is to make pelvic floor health accessible, understandable, and achievable for every woman.
