Mixed Level

This hour long class includes a Pilates warm up before we get started on a Hypopressive flow, using many of the more challenging poses and working at a quicker pace.


TUESDAY 12:30-12:50PM
Hypopressives Express Lunchtime Class

Come join me for a quick 20 min class. We will get in all the apneas you need to get the midday lift you need. Accessible for all levels.


THURSDAY 09:30-10:00AM
Mixed-Level Hypopressives

This 30 min class is the perfect way to start your day, we begin with a short warm-up and then get going with Hypopressives. Accessible to all levels.


FRIDAY 09:30-10:00AM
Hypo-Yoga Flow Mixed Level

This is your chance to do a yoga flow with the benefits of Hypopressives in the mix! Especially good if you enjoy moving a little more and a grounding session at the start of your day.

Live Fundamentals sessions where you will learn the basic Hypopressives technique. This is a requirement before you begin the live or recorded Hypopressive classes.
