Hi! I’m Simone Muller
Having moved from South Africa to the UK at the age of 14 to study dance, Simone was introduced to Pilates while at the Royal Ballet School. Overcoming a back injury, she discovered the benefits of Pilates. Despite a 15-year dance career and 13 years teaching Pilates, Simone experienced significant changes after the birth of her first child, including a 3rd degree tear that left her pelvic floor and abdominals feeling entirely disconnected.
In 2017, Simone travelled to Spain to learn the Low Pressure Fitness technique and became the first fully qualified level 3 instructor teaching in London. Following the birth of her second child, she incorporated Low Pressure Fitness into her routine, experiencing monumental changes in her recovery.
Throughout the past 7 years, Simone's work has been primarily focused on postnatal rehabilitation and developing a holistic postnatal exercise plan for women. She has witnessed remarkable results in her clients, ranging from prolapse and incontinence reversal to dramatic improvement in Diastasis Recti.
In 2020, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher training certification, and this training is gradually influencing her offering, bringing more variation to working with the innate intelligence of the human body. Simone is immensely excited to share this incredible technique with others.
What is hypopressives and how does it work?
Hypopressives is a low impact breathing and exercise technique that works to reduce pressure in the pelvic and abdominal cavities. This lifts the pelvic organs and stimulates a contraction of the pelvic floor and deep core muscles, strongly increasing their muscular activity.
