Why did you join re-centre and what were the symptoms you were facing at the time? Can you talk a little bit about how your symptoms improved?

I wanted to strengthen my internal core muscles post pregnancy.

How did Hypopressives help alleviate your symptoms and what other changes have you noticed on a personal level, such as posture, waistline, mental health or other?

I am still trying to learn (early in the process)

Did you have any doubts before you started? If so, what were they?

Give it a go, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Simone is a fantastic teacher, she has such a calm and encouraging voice.

How were doubts alleviated? For instance, through the fundamentals session, a one-to-one chat with me or by doing the classes and immersing yourself in the practice.

The fundamentals sessions are great, I still refer back to them for mini resets to check my technique.

What advice and tips would you share with women who have just joined re-centre. What would you recommend they do as they start getting into the practice?
