Hypopressives Retreat

30 April - 4 May 2026

During this four-night, four-day retreat in the tranquil setting of Alentejo, Portugal, you will immerse yourself in Low Pressure Fitness, meditation, and mindfulness.

Set within a women-only community, you’ll have the space to slow down and reconnect – taking part in a ceramics workshop, swimming in the lake or saltwater pool, and stepping away from the pace of everyday life.

The retreat includes a 1:1 session with Radhika (PT & LPF Instructore), as well as group classes led by Simone. Airport transfers are included, and massage treatments are available at an additional cost.

SIMONE MULLER

Originally from South Africa, she trained at The Royal Ballet School in London and danced professionally for 15 years.

In 2020, Simone launched re-centre, an online platform dedicated to the Hypopressives technique. Her goal is to make this practice more accessible, empowering women with the tools to strengthen and reconnect with their bodies.

Over the past ten years, Simone has specialised in postnatal rehabilitation and now also supports women through peri- and menopause. During this time, she has witnessed remarkable transformations in her clients, from the reversal of prolapse and incontinence to significant improvements in Diastasis Recti.

In 2020, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, which has gradually and meaningfully influenced her approach to movement and teaching. Simone loves combining Hypopressives with Pilates, Yoga, and now weight training, bringing both flow and deep muscle engagement to this powerful technique.

RADHIKA HURYN

Radhika is a Physical Therapist (PT), Pilates and Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) instructor, and the creator of Well with Rads. After graduating from Boston University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, she worked in several outpatient PT settings across New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., where she connected deeply with her patients and witnessed the powerful impact physical therapy can have on people’s lives.

In 2008, she completed her Pilates teacher training, followed by her LPF training in 2020 – both of which had a transformative effect on her own physical wellbeing and inspired her to share these benefits with her clients.

Radhika is passionate about viewing the body as a whole, balancing movement patterns and optimising posture to empower both mind and body. With trust and compassion at the heart of her work, she creates bespoke programmes that combine a range of techniques, helping clients move with proper form, build strength, and achieve their personal goals.
