Why did you join re-centre and what were the symptoms you were facing at the time? Can you talk a little bit about how your symptoms improved?

I joined because I’d had a c-section and a large-ish baby and I wanted to make sure that I’d properly rehabbed from surgery. I wasn’t particularly symptomatic.

How did Hypopressives help alleviate your symptoms and what other changes have you noticed on a personal level, such as posture, waistline, mental health or other?

I noticed that I became a lot stronger.

Would you recommend re-centre to all mothers?

Yes

What advice and tips would you share with women who have just joined re-centre. What would you recommend they do as they start getting into the practice?
